If you want to transfer your existing mobile phone number onto your new T-Mobile contract, all you have to do is simply contact your existing network to obtain the PAC code to your existing sim. Thereafter order your handset as normal from us, which will be connected with a 'temporary number' on T-Mobile. Upon receipt, you must contact T-Mobile directly (number given below) quoting your 'temporary number' along with the number you wish to transfer (your existing number or another number you own) and your PAC code.
T-Mobile - 0870 606 0139 (or 150 from your mobile phone handset)

How do I port my number to O2 or Vodafone?
If you require your existing mobile number to be ported or transferred onto your new contract, you must inform at point of purchase (i.e. checkout) stating your existing number and PAC code (this can be obtained from your current network provider). Your new mobile & SIM will be dispatched as normal along with starting the porting process. Your existing number will then be ported and made 'Live' on your new SIM in approximately 7 to 10 working days of receipt of your new mobile.
PLEASE NOTE - Please be aware that because your mobile number has to be released from your current network before it can be connected to your new network, you may be without service for up to 1 day. Additional services such as voicemail and text messaging may also take up to 2 days to be enabled once your number has been transferred. You will be able to continue using your existing mobile & SIM until the number is ported.
If you are porting from O2 Direct to O2 CPWS then it is likely that your port will activate on your original SIM Card. For this reason please do not discard your original SIM Card.
Due to the complexities and the reliance on your current & new network chosen, e2save.com can not accept any responsibility for failed or delayed number transfers.
2. CAN I PORT MY EXISTING NUMBER FROM PAY AS YOU GO TO PAY MONTHLY?
If you are planning to port from one network to another then the port or transfer can be processed for you. For information on how to do this please read the answer to Question 1 above.
If you want to continue on your existing network and transfer your number to pay monthly (e.g. port from T-Mobile pay as you go to T-Mobile pay monthly) then, at present, this cannot be processed at checkout. To be able to process a port or transfer at checkout you must be moving from one network to another. Otherwise once you receive your mobile phone and sim card you are advised to contact your network and ask them to port your existing number onto the new sim card.
